Our inaugural project was launched in response to Jina Amini's murder by Iranian police in September 2022. Made possible by grassroots funding through a record-breaking GoFundMe, our billboard campaign generated $11 million in earned media coverage. The goal was to enable a "news jacking" of Western media and globally amplify the youth and feminist-led Woman, Life, Freedom movement in Iran.
